I took this with my phone the day before Marta came back - now she's back and we've already had a few chances to cuddle her and squeeze her and tell her how jealous we are of her deep-bronze tan.

A week or so ago, four Mexicans showed up at my door. Their names, they told me, were Cora, Taco, Uncus and Tomahawk. After selling me some candy and muscle builders, they requested that I play "Come On Eileen" (Mexican music) on the stereo so that they could do their Mexican dance. Then they stayed for dinner.

Hi, All! And thanks for the birthday wishes!! I just got a new iMac for my birthday (thanks to the joint efforts of Mom, Andrea, and Andrea's mom & dad) and am still trying to figure out how to use it... tonight we discovered Photo Booth! We had some laughs this evening taking scores of pics with the kids. Oh yes, and for those of you who asked, I'm now teaching English at a public university here in Rome.. so far so good! Love you all to bits!!!

Micol Noah and hand me downs

This time it is Micol with Noah. their matching outfits are just a consequence of years of hand-me-downs all ending up at the same restaurant the same Sunday afternoon. Fabio is in San Francisco so the boys and I took off on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning (after months of constant rain) and went to discover 'downtown' !! We then went to lunch with all our friends and little Micol, Sabrina's daughter. I'll upload another with Noah and Micol ... our kids love being silly silly!!!!
